The REAPER 4 is a professional cellphone scanner which can detect all bands of cellphones or smartphones so long as they are powered on. This is a perfect tool for those involved in :
• Counter surveillance 
The REAPER 4 is tuned specifically to work on US cellular frequencies, but given its wide range of bands, it also works well in other countries. The bands include 4G LTE, CDMA, GSM, WCDMA, DCS, PHS/DECT, and WIMAX.
Typical reception range is up to 150' in rural areas. In congested urban areas the sensitivity is adjustable to provide pinpoint accuracy. Additionally, each band sensitivity can be adjusted so that specific communications of concern are brought to your attention before others.
For tactical situations, the REAPER 4 can be placed into a vibrate mode, and audible alerts can be heard over included ear buds. For those using their own ear pieces, the REAPER accepts any standard 3.5mm headphone plugs.
Run time is up to 8 hours with the built-in lithium battery, which can be augmented by any USB power source. Included with the REAPER are headphones, USB charging cable, weather resistant case, shoulder strap, tuning screw driver, instructions, and three year warranty.
