Shipping Policy

MAXSUR ships products to verified government and law enforcement customers as permitted by applicable laws and regulations. Shipping timelines below apply once an order is approved, payment terms are confirmed, and any required compliance checks are complete.

Order Processing (In-Stock Items)

  • In-stock orders received before 3:00 PM Central Time (CT) are typically processed the same business day.
  • In-stock orders received after 3:00 PM CT will typically ship the following business day.
  • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Custom, Backordered, and Large-Quantity Orders

Some items require custom configuration, assembly, integration, compliance validation, or vendor lead time.

  • Custom-developed/configured items, backordered items, and large-quantity orders ship on dates agreed upon during the ordering process.
  • If an order includes both in-stock and non-stock items, we may ship in multiple packages (partial shipments) unless otherwise requested.

Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship using reputable carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight carriers) based on package size, delivery requirements, and destination. Carrier options may vary by item type and destination.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout when available, or provided by quote for certain products (e.g., large items, freight, custom systems, or special handling). Any quoted shipping charges will be presented for approval prior to shipment.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery dates are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Transit times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, remote delivery areas, or other events outside of MAXSUR’s control.

Signature, Secure Delivery & High-Value Shipments
For certain items—especially high-value, restricted, or sensitive products—MAXSUR may require:
• Signature confirmation
• Adult signature (where permitted)
• Delivery to an agency/business address (not a residential address)
• Additional verification prior to shipment

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.

International Shipping
If international shipping is offered for a specific order, it is subject to export controls, end-user verification, and destination restrictions. The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or local compliance requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a carrier claim and resolution.
• If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, contact us promptly so we can work with the carrier. MAXSUR is not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery; however, we will assist where possible.

Returns & Refusals
Refused deliveries or unauthorized returns may be subject to return shipping charges and restocking fees, where applicable. Please review our Return Policy for details.
