The new QN-009 ultra low light camera delivers game-changing technology for low light surveillance with its EM-CMOS (Electron Multiplying Complimentary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) imager. Short and sweet, EM-CMOS cameras such as the QN-009 is color-night-vision, which means that you can better identify targets and threats than ever before.

As you’ll see in the comparison video below, the QN-009 is a phenomenal performer without any artificial illumination. However, any scrap of additional light will further enhance its capability. It’s infrared sensitivity range peaks at an impressive 1100Nm.

In good keeping with surveillance and physical security missions, the QN-009 works with both C mount style lenses. That means there are literally thousands of different compatible lenses. For added flexibility, it fully supports auto-iris lenses and remote control of motorized zoom lenses via its RS-485 port.

The dual video output includes legacy composite video, and the digital HD-SDI output. Power requirements is a flexible 14 to 21VDC, making it perfect for both static and mobile surveillance. With the ¼ inch mounting threads, it’s compatible with all tripods, pan/tilt units, and security camera enclosures.
