The JACKv2 is the latest version of the highly successful JACK covert video USB charger camera. Like the original, the v2 is perfect for hotel and office ops, or anywhere a USB charger is used. The v2 improvements include a brand new imager that produces HD1080p video and 9MP still images. Low light performance is improved and backed with an integrated infrared illuminator array.
For ease of remote monitoring, the v2 now includes a WiFi client mode which allows for worldwide viewing via WiFi hotspots. Along with viewing, by remote, all settings can be controlled and the evidence offloaded to minimize scene disturbance. For short range activities, the v2 retains the server mode which allows for secure connectivity to smartphones and tablets within a 100-foot indoor range.
The JACKv2 can be installed into any standard 120-volt wall outlet, and to complete the concealment, just connect any USB cable.
